OPTION 1 — Ready To Sell Fundraiser
Best for: sports tournaments, events, fairs, pop-up sales, or groups wanting immediate product to sell. With this option, your group purchases inventory up front and sells directly to customers on-hand.
How It Works
-Choose up to 5 shapes
-Choose 3–5 scents
-Purchase a minimum quantity up front
-Receive your order ready to sell
-Customers take products home immediately
Pricing: $5–$8 per car scent depending on shape/design
Suggested retail pricing: $10–$12 each

OPTION 2 — Traditional Fundraiser
Best for: schools, churches, cheer teams, clubs, and organizations wanting to collect pre-orders. This option works like a traditional fundraiser. Supporters place orders using a customized order form, and the group submits one final combined order.
How It Works
-Choose up to 5 shapes
-Choose 3–5 scents
-Customized order forms are provided
-Supporters place orders through your organization
-Final totals are submitted for production
-Orders are delivered together for distribution

OPTION 3 — Direct Shipping Online Fundraiser
Best for: groups wanting the easiest, most modern fundraiser option with no order forms or product handling. Supporters shop directly on the website using your group’s custom fundraiser code during your fundraiser period. We do the work for you!
How It Works
-Your group receives a custom fundraiser code/link
-Fundraiser typically runs for 7–14 days
-Customers shop directly online
-Orders are shipped directly to customers
-Your organization receives a percentage of qualifying sales
Fundraiser Earnings
Groups earn a percentage of total fundraiser sales back as profit. A minimum of $250 in sales (before tax and shipping) is required to receive a payout.
Payout structure:
$0-$499 in sale = 20% profit
$500-$999 in sales = 25% profit
$1000+ in sales = 30% profit

OPTION 4– Hybrid Fundraiser
Best for: groups wanting both in-person sales AND online ordering.
This option combines the Traditional Order Form Fundraiser with the Direct Shipping Online Fundraiser. Your organization can sell locally in person while also allowing friends, family, and out-of-town supporters to shop online using your custom fundraiser code.

General Fundraiser Information
Minimum Order Requirements
Option 1: 50 car scents
Option 2: $250.00
Option 3: No minimum quantity required, but $250 in sales is required to receive a payout.
Option 4: You have to meet the minimum of Option 2 OR 3
Fundraiser Deposit Policy
NEW POLICY EFFECTIVE 8/1/2025
All new fundraiser accounts (meaning groups that have never completed a fundraiser with C. Riley Car Scents before) are subject to a $50 deposit.
The deposit must be paid via:
-Cash
-Check
-Venmo/CashApp
The deposit will be deducted from your final total.
Ordering & Agreement
Once approved, you will receive:
-A fundraiser agreement
-Finalized shape/scent selections
-Pricing information
-Ordering instructions
For traditional order-form fundraisers, a customized tally form will also be provided.
It is the organization’s responsibility to verify all submitted totals before production begins.
Payment Information
Orders under $500 require payment in full before production begins.
Orders Over $500: A ⅓ deposit is required when the order is submitted. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of the delivery date.
Purchase Orders may be accepted in place of upfront payment.
Turnaround Time
Production and shipping time will vary depending on order size and current workload.
Estimated turnaround times will be discussed once your fundraiser is finalized.
